Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
• Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or training environments.
• Comp SecTIA + Certification required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in education or training is a strong plus.
• Interest in the technology or cyber security industry is highly valued.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Social media, publishing, or AI experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training platforms.
• Configure, update, and troubleshoot systems as needed.
• Support instructors with technology during training sessions.
• Step in across departments to provide hands-on operational support.
• Assist students with class and training-related questions, especially around technology or access.
• Provide professional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements for leadership.
• Handle professional business communications.
• Process invoices, perform data entry, and maintain spreadsheets.
