Stretch Zone is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Operations Manager to join our corporate team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a fully on-site role that serves as the operational backbone of our technology infrastructure and end-user support functions. This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and works in close collaboration with the Director of Project Management and the Product Manager. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in IT support, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a technical operations, IT support, or systems administration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms; ClubReady experience is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD).
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align technical operations with organizational goals, ensuring that technology investments and resources are being used effectively and efficiently.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on cross-department collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently while maintaining a focus on operational continuity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Deep commitment to the growth and success of the organization, aligning technical operations with broader business objectives and supporting the overall mission of the company.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with ClubReady CRM, including automation configuration and support escalation
  • Familiarity with WordPress back-end administration, including content publishing, redirects, and lead form management.
  • Experience in a franchise or multi-location business environment.
  • Exposure to project management tools and methodologies, preferably Monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the company’s CRM platform, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in ClubReady.
  • Build, manage, and optimize CRM automations to streamline operational workflows and improve franchise and member communications.
  • Own the support relationship with ClubReady and other technical vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for issue escalation, platform updates, and feature requests.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality technical support for internal staff, resolving Level 1 and Level 2 issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proactively monitor systems and technical infrastructure to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation procedures.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and accountability in addressing open technical issues across all platforms and tools.
  • Manage internal IT administrative tasks including user account creation, password resets, and access provisioning.
  • Own the Microsoft 365 environment, including onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and ongoing troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate new hire technology setup, including computer configuration, software installation, and system access.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive operational tasks such as data entry, bulk updates, and system audits as business needs require.
  • Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
  • Document technical procedures, workflows, and policies to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the CIO, Director of Project Management, and Product Manager to align technical operations with broader organizational objectives.
  • Support WordPress back-end maintenance including publishing blog posts, press releases, and other content updates.
  • Implement basic website configurations such as page redirects and lead export management.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and job manuals for staff and end-users.
  • Lead initiatives to document technical procedures, workflows, and policies, ensuring they are up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with industry’s best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline technical processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
