About The Position

Hyve Solutions is looking for a highly talented, detail-oriented and motivated individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. This position will be responsible for leading and managing team of operators to build quality products, drive continuous improvement plans and resolve personal and technical problems quickly.

Requirements

  • BS, Engineering, Associate, degree with a minimum of 3 yrs of electronic manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work and understand engineering instructions and specs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, and fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Will partner with the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing to help support daily work functions to ensure the achievement of daily business goals.
  • Will partner with Management to be groomed into a Leadership role.
  • Coordinate internal and external training, and coach/manage mfg operators to ensure that desired performance is achieved, and all operating standards are adhered to
  • Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
  • Ensure training and development plans for employees to follow the company policy, maintain a high level of quality and safe working environment and follow ISO 9001 & 140001 standards.
  • Produce server/rack products in accordance with the provided specifications including quality and quantity.
  • Supervise daily work of all staff, assisting in problem solving to achieve daily/weekly KPIs
  • Monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product line Run Rates and First Pass Yield by identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions for immediate remedy utilizing: Lean Mfg tools and Kaizen events QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) and LPA (Layered Process Audit) programs
  • Conduct 5S -- Maintain Cleanliness & Organizing of the Mfg. floor – Daily
  • Resolve technical issues ASAP when possible
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve and update MPIs, Tool, Fixtures, and overall process
  • Work with MFG PM, Warehouse, PE/QE, and Facility for taking immediate steps to ensure optimal efficiency, remove obstacles, and eliminate unnecessary downtime in order to achieve production goals
  • Maintaining communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood and communicate with other shifts to ensure production handovers are effective
  • Review the performance of employees, recognize their contribution, and develop their career growth
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specially Excel
  • Support opening & closing Mfg. building
  • Be on time to setup work schedules & support work on weekends as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
