About The Position

You will create, deliver, and optimize technical content and sales enablement tools that communicate product value to technical audiences while supporting the customer lifecycle. Working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams, you will develop demos, competitive analyses, and thought leadership materials that drive engagement, pipeline, and adoption. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or sales engineering within cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
  • Knowledge of contemporary threat landscape, including browser security, phishing, malware, APTs, mobile security, and vulnerabilities.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, cloud computing, virtualization, networking, storage, and database technologies.
  • Technical knowledge of networking, cloud administration, web security, SSO, SIEM, proxy chaining, CASB, and firewalls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to educate, persuade, and inspire both internal and external audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure content effectiveness and improve messaging based on data.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical marketing content including videos, presentations, white papers, guides, and documentation to highlight product features and use cases.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging based on customer needs, market trends, and technical insights.
  • Build and maintain technical sales tools, including RFP responses, demos, and documentation to support field enablement.
  • Establish and manage a lab for competitive analysis, product validation, and technology evaluation.
  • Train and support sales teams on technical product functionality, competitive landscape, and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize the impact of technical content on engagement, lead generation, and sales pipeline.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, technologies, and competitors to inform content and positioning.
