About The Position

The Technical Manager at Bono Plastics, Inc. is responsible for leading the company’s U.S. plastics manufacturing and technical operations, establishing local technical capabilities, and ensuring alignment with the parent company’s standards and overall business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Materials Science, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in plastics manufacturing or technical management.
• Demonstrated experience managing professional technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of plastics processing, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to make independent managerial decisions and implement technical strategies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with cross-border teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the U.S. technical and engineering team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and daily supervision.
• Establish and optimize manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and technical standards for plastics production at Bono Plastics, Inc.
• Oversee technology transfer from the China parent company to Bono Plastics, Inc. in the United States.
• Develop technical strategies, production plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
