About The Position
A UI Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of UI/UX designers and developers to create and implement user-friendly and visually appealing digital interfaces. Key responsibilities include defining design strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring the final product aligns with business goals and user needs. The role requires a strong blend of leadership, design expertise, technical proficiency in design tools, and knowledge of user-centered design principles.
Requirements
- Develop the user interface with HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular.
- Solid understanding and development experience in Angular.
- Proven expertise in leading front-end team, defining architecture and delivering scalable solution aligned with business goals.
- Experience with Angular material.
- Interact with clients to understand their existing applications and develop the site according to their system requirements.
- Create wireframes and mockups for the application and developed it.
- Planned and executed usability testing, incorporated user feedback into final product design.
- Worked with browser compatibility issues.
