Role: Technical Lead - Workday HCM HR Module -IT Support Analyst Location: Chesapeake, VA Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 6+ years of Hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM HR Module. Maintain and support key Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, and/or Finance. Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, and reporting tools. Experience troubleshooting Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, or Cloud Connect). Basic knowledge of Workday security administration and user provisioning. Proficiency with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields. Understanding of HR, Payroll, or financial business processes and data structures. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and adherence to SLA-based support Core Modules Supported Core HCM (Human Capital Management) Absence Management Finance (if applicable) Workday Security Administration Workday Integrations (EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect) Workday Reporting (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Prism Analytics) Business Process Configuration Workday Release Management (bi-annual updates)
