About The Position

LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Technical Lead for a role with a client of ours based in Southlake, TX. We're looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in Angular, .NET, and Azure Cloud to guide one of our core product engineering teams. This is a hands-on leadership role - ideal for someone who can balance technical excellence, architectural vision, and team mentorship. You'll lead end-to-end technical delivery within a product vertical, collaborate closely with Product Management and QA, and ensure best-in-class design, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technologist who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about building enterprise-grade fintech products that make a measurable impact.

Requirements

7+ years of professional full stack experience with .NET Core / C#, Angular (latest versions), and TypeScript.
Proven experience leading or technically directing a small to mid-sized development team.
Strong background designing and delivering scalable SaaS products in a cloud-native (Azure) environment.
Deep understanding of SQL performance tuning and data modeling in Azure SQL.
Strong architectural thinking - ability to translate business goals into reliable, scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience integrating or leveraging AI/ML technologies or tools is a plus.
Passion for fintech innovation and building systems that move the industry forward.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across the full SDLC - from architecture and design through delivery and production support.
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to shape technical requirements, scope, and priorities.
Define and uphold engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices for the team.
Architect, develop, and optimize high-quality applications using Angular, .NET Core, and Azure SQL.
Oversee cloud-based deployments in Azure, including services such as App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Service Bus.
Drive decisions around scalability, performance, security, and integration across systems.
Mentor, coach, and develop a small team of engineers - conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and fostering career growth.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Support teams to ensure seamless releases and high product reliability.
Promote continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery velocity.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and methodologies to accelerate development and enhance product intelligence.
