PSEG is looking for Summer 2026 Technical Intern for the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Customer Analytics Team. The Voice of the Customer Team is responsible for leveraging J.D. Power business and residential studies for feedback and customer perception improvements. The team oversees Transaction Satisfaction Surveys for utility scorecards, managing post-interaction customer experience. As a VOC Intern, you will assist with providing executive and team dashboards and reporting to help provide insight into customer experience. The Customer Analytics Team is responsible for working with large data sets to develop dashboards, managing utility data lakes, supporting strategic initiatives such as customer segmentation, and delivering analytics support to the Customer Solutions organization. This position will be Hybrid from PSE&G’s Newark office with a minimum of three days a week in the office.
