About The Position

PSEG is looking for Summer 2026 Technical Intern for the Back Office, Credit & Collections team. This role will support the Collections Analysts with day-to-day task such as executing and analyzing various reports supporting the Collection strategy. This job involves supporting PSE&G’s Customer Strategy, utilizing a broad knowledge of business, analytical, communications, and financial skills acquired through previous course work or on-the-job training. This position will be Hybrid from PSE&G’s Newark office with a minimum of three days a week in the office.

Requirements

  • The successful incumbent(s) must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution in finance, accounting, business, data analytics, or similar majors and graduating between December 2026 and May 2029.
  • Students graduating in May/June 2026 are not eligible unless they are enrolling in a post-graduate degree program in the fall term of 2026.
  • PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
  • Incumbents must have completed sophomore-level course work for consideration.
  • Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.
  • Because this position will require traveling to various PSEG and customer locations, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the Back Office Credit & Collections team.
  • SAP analytics to assist in data driven decisions.
  • Assist with the creation of BlastPoint segments for targeted campaigning.
  • Creation of Power BI dashboards.
