About The Position

We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group! 2026 SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM This summer (June 1 – August 10, 2026), Amynta’s IT leadership team is excited to launch a 10-week IT Internship Program for top rising Seniors. It will offer hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, solving Amynta Group challenges and opportunities, and dedicated mentorship and training from industry professionals. Our goal is to cultivate an environment in which everyone feels welcomed and valued; is encouraged to voice opinions, ideas and perspectives; and provides opportunities for professional and personal growth. This internship requires an in‑office presence at one of the following locations: Morristown, NJ; Huntersville, NC; or Fort Worth, TX. We require candidates to live within commuting distance, and this should be clear from the resume submission. Relocation assistance is not available at this time. ROLE SUMMARY Under the guidance of the Operating Office Leader, the intern position will support a host of vertical and horizontal services including, but not limited to: Financial budgeting and management, process improvement, documentation, and metrics. The intern will be directly involved with “The Business of Running IT”. Requirements

  • A rising Senior currently pursuing Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of SQL and experience with at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
  • We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an Employment Visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or scripting (e.g. PowerShell) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and analyze data from internal systems, databases, and APIs
  • Create and update dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Perform root-cause analysis for system issues and document findings
  • Support technical teams in testing new features, system updates, or data pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and support ongoing projects
  • Prepare clear documentation for processes, technical findings, and data workflows
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization across systems or datasets
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and research tasks as needed
  • Support IT infrastructure with troubleshooting hardware/software issues, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities
