Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or certification in IT, or related field
  • 2 years of basic computing knowledge, including troubleshooting Windows and macOS, user account support, and software installation updates.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with IT Help desk calls, scheduling, and support tickets resolution.
  • Providing excellent end-user technical support.
  • Performing computer imaging, staging and installation
  • Documenting and assisting with the maintenance of IT standards.
  • Under the guidance of IT staff, inventory technology equipment and software.
  • Set up video conferencing sessions and other items as needed to assist IT staff.
  • Field work and interacting with customers.
  • Ensure work orders are organized and structured; schedule them promptly and efficiently.
  • Independently execute technical instructions with minimal supervision and guidance.?
  • Prioritize projects and services to minimize user interruption and down time.
  • Employ a customer service approach and present information about technical issues clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform other related duties as required within the IT Team.
