As a Technical Instructor, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Dallas Maintenance and the operation of the largest Boeing fleet in the world—helping ensure the safety and reliability of the aircraft that serve millions of Customers each year. You’ll design, develop, and deliver technical training for Southwest Employees, On‑Call Maintenance Providers, and Airframe Substantial Maintenance Providers, staying current on evolving aircraft systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Through classroom, hands‑on, and computer-based instruction, you’ll equip Aircraft Mechanics with the knowledge and skills needed to perform complex maintenance and troubleshooting, reduce non‑confirmed failures, and support critical aircraft authorizations. By serving as a technical resource across internal Teams and regulatory Partners, you’ll directly contribute to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and Southwest’s unwavering commitment to Safety.
