Responsible (individually or with other team members) as the primary source for the writing of major portions of technical bulletins. To include Customer Bulletins, Aircraft Service Changes and other technical documents for operators. Support the complete workflow process to ensure successful completion of each document and their distribution. Complies with established quality processes to ensure accuracy, ease of use and timely delivery of all content. Under minimal direction, provides advice and guidance to the company and the customer on installation, service, repair, replacement, modification and maintenance of Gulfstream aircraft systems and support equipment for Technical Bulletins. Builds customer relationships with regards to troubleshooting and solving the entire spectrum of aircraft systems, support equipment, and operational problems pertaining to our in-service product.
