About The Position

The SaaS Technical Support Specialist/Technical Consultant at Lendio serves as the primary technical point of contact for Lendio’s SaaS products. This role is part of the SaaS Support & Implementation team and reports to the SaaS Solutions & Implementations Manager. Responsibilities include utilizing SaaS implementation processes and assets to support the setup and integration of Lendio’s SaaS products and API, managing implementation projects to ensure timely delivery and client alignment, and monitoring system usage and status. The consultant will regularly interact with the Custom Success Team and product team for issue resolution and act as the sole client contact for technical issues. Requirements

  • Affable personality
  • Keen / efficient problem solving skills
  • Project management acumen
  • Communication skills (technical/soft, written/verbal)
  • SQL skills
  • Can read application code (PHP/Laravel)
  • 2+ years of proven experience troubleshooting API integrations, diagnosing system issues, and collaborating with developers to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Be the expert in Lendio’s SaaS products & the Lendio API (all use cases)
  • Work with lenders / partners tech teams to resolve integration issues
  • Research and resolve (or coordinate resolution of) issues discovered / reported
  • Record, monitor, update and report on issues
  • Test and monitor API connections in general and by client
  • Coordinate with product/dev to stay up to date on upgrades / roadmap
  • Identify and validate bugs and other defects
  • Report issues to product/dev
  • Coordinate resolution of issues
  • Manage implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, clear communication, and alignment with client requirements
  • Communicate with clients (as needed)
  • Contribute to documentation
