The Technical Implementation Consultant, Workforce AI focuses on designing and delivering scalable customer solutions during implementation, with a strong emphasis on data, integrations, and system behavior. Acting as a bridge between customers, implementation teams, and engineering, the consultant guides solution design decisions, validates data flows, and ensures integrations are reliable and aligned with business needs. The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL-based data investigation, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance. While not a coding role, it plays a critical part in shaping how solutions are implemented, improving delivery processes, and driving successful customer outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
