About The Position

The Technical Implementation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of assigned product builds to include new integrations and platform enhancements. This role serves as a liaison between external partners, development, internal stakeholders, and various cross-functional support teams, translating strategic business needs into product epics. Day-to-day coordination and product documentation are crucial aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product implementation, business analysis, consulting, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication based on the intended audience, from technical developers to C-suite executives
  • Translation of high-level business needs into actionable items for technical business analysts
  • Documented history of product or project epics, and user stories
  • Experience with product or project implementation methodologies such as Agile and/or Waterfall
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms and the software development lifecycle
  • Product or project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset and a continued desire to expand on existing knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of API documentation
  • Familiarity with an API platform such as Postman
  • Ability to create process flow charts using applications such as Visio or Lucid chart
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, finance, or other highly regulated industry
  • Mac OS proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Execute product implementations and coordinate post-launch support
  • Gather, analyze, and document product requirements and functional needs as part of the product epic
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively report roadblocks to management
  • Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Act as a key point of contact during all phases of product implementation
  • Validate product acceptance criteria is met via user acceptance testing (UAT) and gain stakeholder approvals
  • Provide training documentation, release notes, and knowledge transfer to external partners and internal teams
  • Ensure product implementations follow company standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
