About The Position

The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for leading the configuration and testing of the benefits administration site, ensuring that all systems and software are properly set up and documented. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to accurately track and implement the PlanSource software. Additionally, the Analyst will mentor less experienced teammates, helping them improve processes, meet quality expectations, and adhere to deadlines. Leveraging advanced system development knowledge and health and welfare expertise, you will implement solutions for new customers. This position requires direct client interaction and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in related field or role.
  • Advanced experience and proficiency in configuring, and/or managing various service-related platforms and tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Inclined to volunteer for additional responsibilities or tasks to grow and be challenged.
  • Proven track record contributing, delivering and completing advanced task, activities and methodologies.
  • Customer first approach, Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication, decision making, problem solving, professionalism, flexibility, organizational awareness, and mentoring/coaching.
  • Able to comfortably and effectively present to audiences of various sizes.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment and take lead when necessary.
  • Competencies: skilled, prioritization, critical thinking, process management, leadership, time management.
  • Flexible and agile professional with a goal to develop and refine.
  • Intermediate knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Intermediate skills in MS products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Thinks outside the box and willing to explore outside area of expertise.
  • Willingly collaborates and shares knowledge with others.
  • Works independently with a strong ability to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Configure applications, services and or software based on client business requirements to ensure they meet user needs.
  • Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Manager
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment through mentorship and effective respectful communication.
  • Participate and or lead group meetings, engage with internal stakeholders on process and product areas of improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensure all tasks are consistently up-to-date. Including but not limited to: Salesforce projects, EDI Case Notes, IMP SharePoint Site.
  • Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct internal tests to validate configurations and ensure they meet technological requirements.
  • Conducts client user acceptance testing and training for new configurations and system updates.
  • Make sure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards by achieving acceptable pass rate in QA evaluations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients, Implementation leader, additional team members, and senior management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all individual and assigned team tasks.
  • Provide back-up to team members as needed to avoid delays and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consult and provide guidance on best practices to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project. Partner with the Implementation leader to develop solutions and make decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Possesses and maintains comprehensive benefits and benefit system knowledge.
  • Maintains HIPPA, PHI and PII sensitivity, regularly participates and completes company assigned compliance trainings.
  • Provide transition QA and support for customers post go-live
  • All other duties as deemed necessary by management.
