In this role, you will receive structured onboarding and technical training before joining a customer portfolio team, where you will help keep real-world healthcare environments stable, secure, and high performing. You will work alongside experienced engineers and internal teams as you build your technical foundation and grow your impact. Responsibilities
- Support customer environments by troubleshooting technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
- Investigate system behavior by analyzing logs and identifying patterns that require longer-term solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to coordinate fixes and system improvements
- Support new customer implementations by assisting with system configuration and basic integration work
- Work closely with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows and technical requirements
- Build long-term relationships with customers and serve as a reliable technical contact for your assigned portfolio
- Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully trained
