In this role Technical Engagement Manager, you will be the focal point for our customers throughout their implementation process of Ibex products, supporting the transition from the sales cycle, through implementation, customer success and technical support. As such, you are working closely with stakeholders to plan project scope to manage deliverables effectively. A successful person in this role will have strong communication skills, be analytical, is highly motivated and comfortable working in a customer-facing Healthcare IT industry.
