As a Technical Development Representative within Professional Hygiene, you will play a key role in supporting Arxada’s growing presence in the poultry biosecurity segment. You will bring hands‑on technical expertise directly to customers in the field, helping them adopt our innovations and strengthen their biosecurity practices. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in poultry production.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in the animal health industry.
• Experience working with poultry growers, commercial applicators, and integrators.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently to drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field-level strategies to grow Arxada’s poultry segment and expand market share.
• Support the positioning and adoption of new biosecurity innovations in the field.
• Lead field trials, including trial design, setup, implementation, and conversion into commercial business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, applicators, and distributors.
• Provide timely, hands‑on technical support to customers and integrators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, TS&D, R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Travel approximately 60%, with seasonal peaks requiring increased presence.
