About The Position

The Technical Designer is responsible for creating high-quality construction document deliverables throughout a project’s lifecycle. This role supports all project phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Your Impact: • Utilize design software to develop high-quality presentation materials. • Contribute to the preparation of architectural construction drawings in Revit. • Compile plans, construction documents, and supporting materials for permitting submissions. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate the development of construction documents. • Support the creation and development of Revit models during the design phase. • Provide assistance to architects and project managers throughout the construction administration phase.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in Revit.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A high level of creativity, integrity, and initiative.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
