Technical Designer
About The Position
The Technical Designer is responsible for creating high-quality construction document deliverables throughout a project’s lifecycle. This role supports all project phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Your Impact: Utilize design software to develop high-quality presentation materials. Contribute to the preparation of architectural construction drawings in Revit. Compile plans, construction documents, and supporting materials for permitting submissions. Collaborate with team members to coordinate the development of construction documents. Support the creation and development of Revit models during the design phase. Provide assistance to architects and project managers throughout the construction administration phase.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A high level of creativity, integrity, and initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
