THE ROLE As the Technical Design Architect, Partner Services you will design and scale the global ecosystem that empowers our partners to deliver world-class service excellence. You’ll bridge the gap between Pure’s innovative storage solutions and our partners’ service capabilities, ensuring they have the specialized technical expertise to drive customer success. Collaborating closely with IT, Channel Operations, and Global Delivery, you will be the primary strategist responsible for evolving our Service Specialization programs into a seamless, automated, and high-growth engine for the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of channel program or advanced services experience, related to technology or enterprise solutions, with proven success leading global, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic Program Leadership: Expert-level ability to design and manage global partner enablement or service practice programs within the enterprise technology sector, focusing on long-term business outcomes and scalable growth.
  • Collaborative Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to align diverse, cross-functional teams and influence senior-level stakeholders across different geographies and cultures.
  • Operational Excellence and Analysis: A Lean or Six Sigma mindset toward process analysis, with technical proficiency in utilizing tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Tableau, and Program Management software (e.g., Aha or Asana) to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Agile Change Management: Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments, with the project management expertise (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) to lead individuals through complex organizational changes and program adoptions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and Evolve Global Service Specialization: Design the end-to-end framework for program tracks, establishing the technical standards and operational oversight required to ensure partners deliver high-quality, specialized services.
  • Drive Global Program Governance: Act as the ultimate authority on program policies and administration, streamlining documentation and processes to ensure a consistent experience for both internal stakeholders and global partner executives.
  • Orchestrate Ecosystem Automation: Partner with IT and Operations teams to build and scale the digital infrastructure (including Salesforce and ServiceNow integrations) that automates program participation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Fuel Partner Growth and Performance: Lead the recruitment and development lifecycle for Service Partners, creating the strategic roadmap for onboarding and continuous improvement that aligns partner capabilities with Pure’s business goals.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Impact: Liaise with CX, Product Lines, and Global Delivery to integrate partner feedback into program design, ensuring our enablement initiatives remain agile and responsive to market shifts.
