About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead who serves as the primary technical interface for our strategic partners. This is a high -impact role requiring a professional who can navigate daily stakeholder interactions, lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, and pivot into an individual contributor capacity when deep technical expertise is required. You will be responsible for the end -to -end success of Data, AI, and Cloud initiatives, ensuring technical excellence is matched by operational rigor.

Requirements

• AI & Machine Learning: Expert understanding of Generative AI workflows, LLM integration patterns (RAG, Fine -tuning), and AI -driven automation.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in architecting and managing Azure, AWS, or GCP environments, with a focus on cloud -native security, cost optimization (FinOps), and automation via REST APIs.
• Data Engineering & Analytics: Advanced mastery of ELT/ETL architectures, data lake design, and the use of SQL, Python, and KQL (Kusto) for real -time analytics and predictive modeling.
• Systems Foundations: Strong engineering background in C/C++ and Linux, with the ability to manage low -level protocol stacks and network -based data collection.
• Agile Orchestration: Extensive experience leading teams through Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to ensure repeatable, high -velocity delivery.
• 10+ Years of Professional Experience: A career marked by a transition from core software engineering to leading complex digital and cloud platform deliveries.
• Education: Btech
• Client -Centric Mindset: Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical delivery and client expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Responsibilities

• Daily Stakeholder Management: Act as the trusted technical advisor for client stakeholders, managing daily communications, setting expectations, and translating complex technical roadmaps into business value.
• Hybrid Delivery Leadership: Lead the full project lifecycle for digital engineering engagements while remaining "hands -on" to troubleshoot, prototype, or architect core components as an individual contributor.
• Architecture & Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable cloud -native architectures, ensuring seamless integration of modern data platforms and AI -driven capabilities.
• Operational Governance: Ensure all projects adhere to strict delivery hygiene, managing risks, resource allocation, and compliance with global security and privacy standards.
• Engineering Mentorship: Direct global engineering teams (onshore/offshore), conducting code reviews and technical deep -dives to maintain the highest standards of production -ready delivery.
