We're seeking a Technical Capture Manager who thrives on turning big ideas into winning solutions. What You'll Do Champion capture strategies for high-value technical opportunities. Collaborate with brilliant engineers and business leaders to design solutions that stand out. Build trusted relationships with customers and partners to position for success. Lead proposal efforts with clarity, creativity, and precision. Analyze competitors, anticipate challenges, and turn risks into advantages.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree from an accredited university; in lieu of degree, additional years of related experience
  • 12+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or technical program leadership.
  • Proven track record of winning complex technical contracts in government or commercial sectors.
  • Technical acumen in any of the following, or similar categories: artificial intelligence, technology automation, quantum, enterprise IT, etc
  • Strong understanding of the full capture lifecycle, including solution development and proposal management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Top Secret clearance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the capture process for technical programs, including opportunity qualification, competitive analysis, and win strategy development.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and mission objectives.
  • Translate customer needs into innovative, feasible, and cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and manage capture plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate technical solution development with engineering and subject matter experts.
  • Oversee proposal technical volumes, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and alignment with win themes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support pricing strategy development in collaboration with finance and contracts teams.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor capabilities.
