Requirements

2-4 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
Business Process Design – Re-examining workflows to optimize performance.
Problem solving skills
Analytical Thinking – Synthesizing data and offering actionable recommendations.
Demonstration in Administrative Duties for Software Applications

Nice To Haves

MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
Off-Highway, Automotive or Aerospace Product Development or Engineering Process Experience, specifically Requirements Management and FMEA
Product Development/Engineering Software Application Experience
PowerBI and Data Visualization
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.

Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams and practitioners to develop, deploy, train and support users on processes and tools.
Collaborate with cross functional teams located globally to understand their requirements, document those and work with IT to develop those enhancements for the tools.
Collaborate with the process and application owners in a variety of projects intended to highlight insights related to product development applications usage, deployment, among other areas
Ad-hoc data analysis, data processing, and data visualization
