This position serves as the technical point of contact for IT Integration supporting manufacturing efficiency initiatives and the deployment of new manufacturing equipment. The role provides hands on support for the Manufacturing Execution System and leads IT Integration activities with local Controls teams as well as external machine suppliers. We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000 – $133,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. What You Drive at DTNA Planning, scheduling, facilitating change rollouts with the business while taking the primary role of implementation and status updates, start-up support to guarantee to impact to productions lines as a by-product Active role in bug fix implementation, resolution, rollback, that are the result of previous changes that require additional updates Project involvement with commissioning, which would include participation and taking a lead role in various aspects of planning, implementation, validation, problem resolution and facilitation with remote support activities, and generating proper documentation and providing training at final release to the end user A secondary role of providing 2nd and 3rd level support for services and applications, as assigned and help with the restoration of service disruption Analysis of root cause and development of solutions and workarounds Follow ITIL principles for all application and operational management tasks Capable of building trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, anticipating and proactively resolving conflicts, and managing expectations with respect to IT topics Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field – experience in lieu of Degree will be considered 5-7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems, SCADA Systems and other industrial IT tools Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross functional project teams Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences Exceptional Candidates Might Have Hands on experience with the Detroit MES System (SISAM) Experience working with industrial Control systems SQL DB and Query expertise ITIL certification or experience Experience leading technical project teams Experience working in a global matrix organization Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Detroit, MI US. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field – experience in lieu of Degree will be considered
