Requirements

Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.
More than 5 years’ experience working on Siemens PET systems and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the product line of CT
Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications
Good communication skills
Valid passport is required
Must be proficient in English

Nice To Haves

SAP knowledge preferred
bilingual preferred to include Portuguese or Spanish

Responsibilities

You will drive strategic initiatives that impact the business and drive customer satisfaction
You will partner with global peers to identify best practices that can be shared
You will support the modality team by assisting with escalations through deep dive reviews
You will share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees.
You will support the modality manager to drive individual KPIs to meet the needs of the customer/business.
You will Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks as planned.
Independently identify issues or problems, perform research, and develop corrective actions.
