Requirements

  • Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.
  • More than 5 years’ experience working on Siemens PET systems and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the product line of CT
  • Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid passport is required
  • Must be proficient in English

Nice To Haves

  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • bilingual preferred to include Portuguese or Spanish

Responsibilities

  • You will drive strategic initiatives that impact the business and drive customer satisfaction
  • You will partner with global peers to identify best practices that can be shared
  • You will support the modality team by assisting with escalations through deep dive reviews
  • You will share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees.
  • You will support the modality manager to drive individual KPIs to meet the needs of the customer/business.
  • You will Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks as planned.
  • Independently identify issues or problems, perform research, and develop corrective actions.
