We’re seeking a Business Analyst who is ready to work with new technologies and architecture in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. Objectives of this role Drive cross-functional awareness of requirements and identify inefficiencies in systems processes using data and trend analysis. Lead strategic thinking on technical business processes, developing systems prototypes to enhance efficiency and productivity across multiple levels. Ensure thorough quality assurance throughout systems development lifecycle. Define and refine user requirements for complex software development processes.

Requirements

4 or more years of experience in analytics and systems development.
Payments experience is a must.
Proficiency in SQL.
Extensive experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA and Confluence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Visio.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record.
Experience in creating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology or computer science.
Demonstrated project management and user testing abilities.
Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI.
Working knowledge of GitLab.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to conduct analyses and produce documentation, fostering effective communication.
Continuously evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements, maintaining systems processes and providing status reports to relevant parties.
Monitor and research postproduction deployments, prove to stakeholders that the implemented solution works.
Author and maintain internal and external documentation, including formal delivery of requirements.
Perform systems analytics to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
Cultivate strong relationships with partners for seamless systems integration, addressing inquiries and issues from managers, business users and SMEs with well-researched recommendations.
