Use technical and user requirements to create the appropriate KPIs while working with stakeholders to determine relevant targets; Analyze business needs and requirements to understand the business impact of changes in business processes, OT, and other complex technical systems; Design, test, and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with WPMIs technology strategy; Recommend system and process changes, and work with technical and business stakeholders to implement these changes; Document and evaluate existing business processes and workflows; Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specifications; Manage and prioritize Infrastructure-related projects based on business needs; Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of system solutions; Facilitate training and provide support to business users on new systems or processes; and Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
