The Technical Assistant provides clerical support to Brokers for all policies and key accounts. This role involves supporting Brokers and the team with various clerical duties, proofing documents like endorsements, audits, reporting forms, and cancellations to ensure accuracy in dates, coverage, signatures, commissions, premiums, and attachments. The assistant is also responsible for maintaining the suspense system and following up on the receipt of policies, endorsements, inspections, correspondence, and claims from external sources. Additionally, the position requires maintaining account files according to established procedures and providing basic information to clients upon request.
