The role of Technical Assistant - Product Line requires a hands-on problem solver that is resourceful and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a positive attitude. The post holder assists the Project Management team in the various important and sensitive administrative activities required for the proper functioning of the assigned unit.

Requirements

  • Strong Quality Document background
  • 5 years automotive project or program management
  • Associates with 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Versatility, autonomy, availability, interpersonal skills
  • Automotive Industry experience
  • Understanding of working to deadlines
  • Excellent excel and power point knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail, organized

Responsibilities

  • Assists with administrative tasks
  • Support projects with Documentation
  • Quality documentation
  • Responsible for management dashboards on the assigned area of responsibility
  • Support PQE
  • Maintains and contributes in the Company overview updates
  • Arranges and coordinates meetings and conferences
  • Attends to supervisory meetings and drafts meeting minutes
  • Able to assess the relevance and urgency level of the different information received
  • Takes part in administrative studies, data consolidation and prepares time sensitive reports in the course of the year
