Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through setup, development, and launch using Node.js , MEAN/MERN stacks , and SSG tools (Jekyll, Handlebars)
  • Scaffold projects, configure build tools (Webpack, Gulp) , and manage development tasks.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization for all web projects.
  • Collaborate with QA and Project Management to align on automated testing, analytics, and API integration.
  • Mentor team members on creative technologies such as GreenSock and 3JS for advanced front-end animations.
  • Represent the engineering team in client meetings, advocating for accessibility and technical best practices.
  • Participate in technical interviews for developer and junior architect roles, ensuring candidates meet the team's technical and cultural expectations.
  • Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to evaluate technical proficiencies, such as API integration, front-end frameworks, and version control.
  • Offer feedback and help enhance interview processes to ensure technical assessments align with the latest technology trends.
  • Provide technical mentorship to developers across all levels, helping them refine their skills in areas such as API integration, JavaScript frameworks, and version control.
  • Manage and guide team members' performance by offering constructive feedback, setting development goals, and identifying training opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.
