Technical Architect - ScienceLogic Expert
About The Position
49 Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Technical Architect with expertise in ScienceLogic to join our Client at Shared Services Canada for a critical government project. This is a hybrid position requiring 100% remote work anywhere in Canada. If you or someone you know may be interested, please reach out. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions using ScienceLogic, ensuring integration with existing systems and meeting performance and scalability requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
- Education / IT background (one of the following): 3-year college diploma in IT or related field, OR Bachelor’s degree in IT / engineering or related field, OR 10+ years (within the last 15 years) of IT experience
- Level 3: 10+ years experience as a Technichal Architect
- Valid Secret Security Clearance (as required by the client authority)
- Enterprise / Service Provider Environment Experience 4 years experience in Federal Government, Enterprise (5,000+ employees), or Service Provider environments
- 5 years experience in Network Monitoring & Infrastructure
- 3 years hands-on experience in ScienceLogic
- Experience in Advanced ScienceLogic
- Business Service Maps (Dynamic Apps, topology collections, PowerFlow)
- Layer 2 & 3 Topology Maps (SNMP, LLDP/CDP, NetFlow)
- Dashboards, KPI widgets & report templates
- Dynamic Application development / customization
- Has delivered ScienceLogic Solutions
- PowerFlow
- Restorepoint

- Architecture / security certs (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP-ISSAP, OEM expert paths)
