Requirements

• Minimum of TEN (10) years of professional experience.
• Active Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least FIVE (5) years of external consulting experience.
• At least FIVE (5) years of Salesforce implementation experience in an agile environment.
• Experience in technical architecture, business process modeling, and optimization.
• Strong experience in integration design and implementation.
• Proven skills in data migration and transformation.
• Ability to lead technical teams and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is contractually required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions, aligning with client business needs.
• Architect and implement Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including complex data models and integrations.
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery across all phases: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including solutioning and effort estimation.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to gather client requirements.
• Design integration strategies with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Guide data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Ensure technical feasibility, performance, and security of proposed solutions.
• Mentor developers and junior architects, providing technical coaching.
• Stay current with Salesforce product releases and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to practice development through reusable assets and delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
