As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be a technical servant leader to agile Salesforce product development teams, supporting technical delivery in a government client consulting environment via a COI orchestration framework. You will be responsible for the ongoing maturation and delivery improvements across these teams and in alignment with each team’s individual objectives. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, developing and documenting standards and guidelines, and performing DevOps and release engineering. Additionally, you will document processes, ensure communication, manage change control and governance, and collaborate with the application development team, Technical Architects, and Project Managers to support delivery success. As a Steampunk Salesforce Technical Architect, you will generally be expected to work with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. You will oversee an application development team responsible for developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. This involves utilizing Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources, including triggers, flows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC). You will ensure the team executes test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. You will ensure the development team follows coding standards and participates in code reviews to ensure appropriate design patterns are observed.
