About The Position

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Amazon Leo is seeking a Learning and Development Leader to drive talent development initiatives across our Production Operations teams. This leader will be crucial in shaping the future of our workforce capabilities, aligning with Kuiper's mission to provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The Technical Architect II will be responsible for creating innovative learning ecosystems and partnering with various stakeholders to drive SAP training across ProdOps in a way that supports Amazon Leo's rapid growth and evolving technological landscape. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development, this leader will influence Amazon Leo's talent strategy and organizational capabilities. The role demands a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into learning and development initiatives that drive performance, innovation, and employee engagement. As a Technical Architect II, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Amazon Leo's future workforce. Your vision and execution will directly impact our ability to innovate, scale, and deliver on our mission of global connectivity. You will be at the forefront of defining how a next-generation aerospace company develops talent in the age of AI, robotics, and advanced manufacturing.

Requirements

5+ years program, or project management experience
5+ years developing and delivering training cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience building quicksight dashboards
Experience working with and delivering instructor led training/information to all levels of employees
Masters degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
Proven track record of developing, implementing and scaling learning strategies in high-growth, technology-driven organizations
Demonstrated success in using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impact

Nice To Haves

Quantitative masters degree or relevant experience.
Detail oriented, excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills especially narrative writing
Previous Operations Management experience strongly preferred as well as experience with business intelligence and analytics
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience in corporate learning and development
Experience working with managers in implementing, streamlining, or automating systems and processes
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems
Proficient in industry standard Learning Management Systems
Ability to prioritize, be curious, and deliver results in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute on Learning and Development initiatives that directly that align with Kuiper's goals and technological roadmap.
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning solutions and training programs to facilitate meaningful growth experiences for employees.
Design and implement scalable learning ecosystems that can support rapid workforce growth and evolving skill requirements.
Create a dashboard that visually represents our comprehensive career development framework for all levels, from hourly technicians to senior leaders.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI measurements for learning and development initiatives, demonstrating impact on business outcomes.
Provide a structured cadence of updates to stakeholders, offering insights into the status of learning priorities, potential risks, and achieved successes.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and innovation throughout the organization while measuring success and developing best practices.
Collaborate to develop a blended learning program that includes corporate culture, compliance, and role specific learning.
