About The Position

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP systems and related hardware/software. Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Diagnose and resolve call quality issues, connectivity problems, and system errors. Implement and maintain security protocols for voice systems; ensure compliance with organizational standards. Maintain accurate records of configurations, changes and maintenance activities. Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration and performance. Education Associate's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Days: Monday - Friday, with occasional evening or weekend, plus on call rotation Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience Unix Knowledge beneficial 3+ years telecommunication experience SIP, SBC and Voice Gateway experience Structural Cabling (CAT5 and 6) Strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, and collaborative mindset Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years telecommunication experience
  • SIP, SBC and Voice Gateway experience
  • Structural Cabling (CAT5 and 6)
