About the position

Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience in job offered or in a Technical Analyst related occupation.
  • Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Knowledge of J2EE technologies - Java, EJB, and JMS.
  • Experience with Oracle SOA/ Oracle BAM / Oracle OSB.
  • Familiarity with OpenShift / Docker.
  • Experience with Appian BPM.
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Linux, Windows, AIX.
  • Experience with web servers such as Apache, Tomcat, and IIS server.
  • Experience with application servers such as Jboss, Websphere.
