About The Position

As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Health's Radiology and PACS applications. These responsibilities involve vendor management, software upgrades, software installs, server maintenance, and technical support. You will perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files and updating/cycling servers. As a Technical Analyst, you will partner with an Oracle Health client for integrated deployment of radiology/PACS hardware, software, and services. Your responsibilities will include building client relationships to achieve business objectives including consulting with clients and internal project teams on technical architecture decisions to deploy integrated hardware, software, and device installations. You will also perform technical fixing and deployment issue resolution as well as participate in team initiatives. As a member of the Application Support team, you will be responsible for supporting all Oracle Health Radiology and 3rd party PACS applications. These responsibilities involve vendor management, software upgrades, software installs, server maintenance, and technical support.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, Healthcare, related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Must reside in or around the Columbia, MO area
  • Provide on-call support when needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with third-party vendors and systems
  • At least 1 year of work experience supporting Microsoft workstations or servers
  • At least 3 years of healthcare technology support, including hardware or infrastructure technology
  • At least 1 year of device management/integration work experience
