Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience is required
  • A knack for independent problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information
  • U. S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance if necessary
  • Candidates selected may be subject to a US. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is preferred (Pilot, A&P, Engineer, or other technical roles)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on engine maintenance and produce clear, technically accurate reports that drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with our Repair Station and Product Support teams to coordinate engine maintenance activities, ensuring seamless operations
  • Provide hands-on engine maintenance instruction to service center technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
  • Perform fleet analysis alongside a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our product support initiatives
