We’re looking for a Technical Advertiser Solutions Consultant I to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Technical Advertiser Solutions team, you will perform deep analyses on client campaigns, investigate measurement and platform issues, and develop creative solutions to client problems. Working from our New York City/Los Angeles office, you’ll collaborate with our Sales teams to drive revenue and performance for advertisers on Snap. What you’ll do: Perform proactive and reactive analyses for clients in order to increase performance and drive revenue Be an expert on Snap’s ad platform, using data to troubleshoot delivery, reporting, ad performance, and campaign optimization queries Build relationships with internal Sales teams as you work together on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on their advertiser’s goals Provide excellent email and video call support to advertisers, agencies, and Snap Sales teams on Snap’s self-serve ad product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs
