The Technical Accounting Analyst plays a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting business analysis. Acting as a bridge between Corporate Accounting and Product Operations FP&A, this role ensures inventory and cost accounting processes are efficient, compliant with US GAAP, and provide actionable insights. Responsibilities include performing inventory-related controls, monitoring cycle counts, and analyzing inventory balances to maintain compliance with company policies. This highly visible position interacts frequently with management and collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, and Product Operations teams. Primary Function of Position: We are looking for someone that can drive strong project management processes within our Finance and Product Operations teams to collect the data needed for decision-making and financial reporting purposes. The Technical Accounting Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and collecting data regarding our inventory and product costing policies. The position will also be responsible for coordinating the inventory cycle count processes, as well as be responsible for analysis and reporting provided to management relating to inventory costing matters. This is a great role for someone with strong technical skills that would like to get additional exposure into the Company’s product operations, accounting, and finance activities, as well as getting a deep understanding of the Company’s business.
