The company is looking for a passionate Technical Account Manager in North America to support its growing customer base. This role involves building relationships and managing large, complex customer accounts, acting as a Customer Success leader who helps define methodologies for industry-leading account retention and growth. The successful candidate will work with a team responsible for managing the customer’s current use of the Hunters platform and defining ongoing partnerships. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Support/Delivery, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Research, and involves working with an international team and a global customer base. Hunters is on a global mission to make security easier to visualize, understand, and act upon. This role is 100% remote with flexibility on location anywhere in the US.
