Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) As an Account Executive , you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients and make sure their technology and their partnership with Netsurit—runs like a perfectly optimized network.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Experience in MSP, consulting, or IT services environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security
  • Experience managing enterprise client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management environments

Nice To Haves

  • Have worked with Microsoft cloud environments (M365 / Azure)
  • Understand automation, AI tools, or modern IT workflows
  • Love finding ways to optimize technology and drive innovation

Responsibilities

  • Being the primary point of contact for your clients (their trusted IT ally)
  • Ensuring services deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Hosting service reviews and strategic roadmap discussions
  • Spotting upsells opportunities faster than a vulnerability scan
  • Crafting proposals that make clients say Let's deploy that.
  • Driving SLA renewals and long-term account growth
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver world-class solutions
  • Helping client's future-proof their technology environments
