  • Proven track record of closing deals in high-growth, complex sales environments.
  • Able to present demonstrations of developer-focused solutions and articulate technical value.

  • Demonstrate how accessFlow integrates with development pipelines (e.g., Jira, CI/CD) to streamline accessibility adoption.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Multi-thread across accounts, building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain hybrid/onsite presence: regularly in the NY/Philly office and engaging with customers in person as needed.

  • Make an impact on digital inclusion — help make the internet accessible for everyone.
  • Empower developers — enable teams to embed accessibility into their products from day one.
  • Mission-driven role with purpose — you’re not just selling software; you’re changing how the web is built.
  • Influence product adoption — help organizations implement accessibility in engineering workflows.
  • Career growth & influence on GTM strategy.
  • Work directly with Product & Engineering teams.
  • High-visibility role with executive exposure.
  • Strong market demand & tailwinds in accessibility.
  • Competitive Salary - the on target earnings for this position ranges from $160,000-$200,000 dependent on experience and skill set
