About The Position

PMI is seeking an experienced candidate to provide technical customer support for advanced instrumentation and PC and web-based software, perform software and hardware product testing, and create and maintain product documentation. Excellent PC troubleshooting skills are required, including experience with diagnosing PC driver, communication, and security problems. Overnight travel is required. An electrical background or experience in the electric utility industry would be helpful.
