Deploy and configure Windows and MacOS computers to end-user.
Assist and troubleshoot with end-users as needed.
Install and configure peripherals and IoT on computers.
Perform basic computer hardware troubleshooting and remediation.
Research unfamiliar scenarios.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Windows and MacOS.
Ability to document technical support procedures.
Experience in deploying and configuring computers.
