About The Position
MongoDB is currently seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to help fuel and manage our continued growth. The role involves building strong relationships with Hiring Managers, partnering on job descriptions, recruiting strategies, and closing candidates. The recruiter will need to understand the business unit’s objectives and challenges to attract quality candidates, work effectively with internal clients to ensure quality hires, develop creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive interview experience for applicants.
